After they made such a big deal with him in the opening, I really didn’t expect otherwise.
Clearly, whatever brought Samus here wasn’t terribly discriminating about what it brought along with her, though thankfully she got to Chrono Tower first. We could’ve had quite a few problems if someone else claimed the mantle of Chosen One before her, not the least of which being we wouldn’t be able to use hardly anything here! But whatever it was probably wouldn’t let anyone else take it anyway. We just might’ve had a tough fight prior to grabbing the psychic gem that now adorns Samus’s suit’s forehead.
I imagine Sylux is the reason the tower sealed itself before we entered the Volt Forge, though I’m not certain whether he’s inside or outside the shield. Regardless, he’s certainly the reason for our troubles with the Psy-bots, and I’m just glad there was only one of the teleporting bot. It is way too fast to handle it becoming a more regular foe, even with more health in my arsenal. I’d have to have some sort of faster shot or longer stun if I had to fight two of the things at once.
