Game Plans

Sundays:

A set of relaxing or relatively easy games I can play while watching the other streamers on the multistream and interacting with chat.

Choice Games:

A set of games I really want to play, whether by express choice or a sense of obligation. Twitch viewers can populate this with a points redemption. Presently, I am finishing series that I started earlier and then gained further access to series entries after finishing the set.

At last, the party knows as much as the player.

 

While Eoren wasn't strictly being untrue with his statements, he made Lyza sound more like an invalid than a stone statue. I imagine that Val will have quite a string of words ready for our next confrontation with the man.

 

I'm enjoying the fact that I recognize all the bosses from older entries in the series. I also know that I'm missing pretty much every other Lil' Cactus location, but I don't think I'm going to bother looking them up. I'm getting enough completion just playing the game in my own version of "normal." My achievements increased in global frequency as I continued through the stream this time. (Normally, they decrease, because somehow a great many people start but do not finish games. But I got exploration goals first and then finished with a progression goal.)

 

And finally, I reached the ocean, and got a chance to go back. I'm still barred from some locations, so there will doubtless be a time that I'm required to go back. But I wanted to finish the "visit all ruins" side quest, and now I have the follow-up quest for when I'm strong enough to actually follow through with it, which will probably be right before finishing the game.
