Game Plans

Sundays:

A set of relaxing or relatively easy games I can play while watching the other streamers on the multistream and interacting with chat.

Choice Games:

A set of games I really want to play, whether by express choice or a sense of obligation. Twitch viewers can populate this with a points redemption. Presently, I am finishing series that I started earlier and then gained further access to series entries after finishing the set.

And here I thought Square Enix only made RPGs.

 

Yes, this is a Square Enix game. No, I don't know why they made it. But it's fun and relaxing, so I'll stream it.

 

If you're wondering the exact ratio for the sped-up portions of this game, it's 5x. I typically use 3x for things where it's a short section and I want you to still be able to hear me or the game, and 5x for longer sections. Visions of Mana is at 10x speed when I'm only showing the mini-map, because there really isn't a lot to see there. (I made it only show the mini-map because I thought that was the most interesting part of the screen for me when I was fast-forwarding through it during video editing.)

 

As for the things you clean in the game, we haven't seen any of the imaginative ones yet, aside from the pop-up on the title screen about cleaning Shrek's swamp. I guess Kingdom Hearts isn't the only time Square pairs up with film companies. I've heard there are also set pieces from Final Fantasy in here, and I guess we'll see what else comes up. The dirt bike is the only thing I've done off-stream that hasn't come up yet. This game is a little too tedious for me to enjoy with no audience. I'd rather do puzzles.
