Keratos looks almost exactly like a tiny Lavos in terms of its body shape, though thankfully it’s way easier to beat. That should be expected, of course, since it’s only the third boss. But it also felt like the easiest boss so far regardless. Having the second jump probably helped, but also I’m getting more used to playing this game. Generally, I’ve stopped using the mouse aiming, but that’s mostly because the lock-on is normally enough to fight foes and if you free-aim after lock-on, you’re liable to miss horribly. However, when I need precise aiming, the mouse is absolutely preferred.
The things we’ve recently gotten have opened a lot of items all over the place. I’m a little surprised at how few half-pipes I’ve noticed, but I’m sure I’ll find more later. Regardless, we’ve seen plenty of Spinners and things to grapple. The Grapple Swing will be the main thing we want, but the Lasso still helps. The Ice Shot hasn’t had a lot of field use, but it’s extremely useful in combat, especially against multiple foes. I hope I don’t feel like I have too little ammo!
